Jenny · founder of Kultura
I'm Jenny — a registered massage therapist, and the only therapist you'll ever see at Kultura. That's not a limitation. It's the entire point.
Before Kultura, I worked in busier clinics where the model was volume: back-to-back clients, a different therapist each visit, and barely enough time to read someone's body before the hour was up. Clients would arrive carrying weeks of stress and leave only slightly less tense, because there was never time to do the deeper, slower work that actually settles a nervous system.
So I built a practice around the opposite idea. Fewer clients, more attention. One room in Inglewood. One therapist who remembers your shoulders, your stress patterns, the week you came in barely able to turn your head. When you don't have to re-explain yourself every visit, the work goes deeper — and the results last longer.
My focus is stress, burnout, and the tension that builds up in people who carry too much — desk workers, caregivers, anyone whose body holds what their mind can't put down. I work in a way that's trauma-aware and unhurried, with consent and comfort built into every session, because feeling safe is what lets the nervous system actually let go.
I'm honest about what I'm not, too. I'm not a multidisciplinary rehab clinic, and for complex chronic pain I'll gladly point you toward the right team. What I offer is something quieter and rarer: a consistent, trusted place to be looked after, one session at a time.
